The Intermec 6400 is a powerful MS-DOS based handheld PC. Lightweight and ergonomically designed, the 6400 provides worker comfort for extended, uninterrupted use. Add superior processing power and rugged durability, and the 6400 is the solution for greatly enhancing the productivity of your workforce.

PC Architecture 
The Intermec 6400 handheld computer features a fast AMD Am386 SC300 processor with a clock speed of 33 MHz. The radio frequency (RF) version provides real-time data capability and is fully client/server ready to integrate in your existing systems. The 6400 can run plug-and-play Intermec terminal emulations including VT220, 3270 SNA, 5250 SNA and Intermec Native Mode. It integrates with networks operating SNA, Async and TCP/IP. MS-DOS 5.0 is offered as a factory loaded option.
